Your Privacy Matters We want you to understand what information we collect, and how we use and protect it. Chicago Mortgage Point is not a lender. (See Licensing Information.) We are a referral agency which submits your loan inquiries to up to four licensed US lenders.What Information We Collect Personal information about you that you submit to us is private. Such information includes for example, income, assets, debts, address, phone and e-mail address. Your personal information is never sold, given or leased to any organization other than the US lenders to whom we refer your loan inquiries. Our Privacy Procedures To maintain security of customer information, we restrict access to your personal information to lenders who need to know that information to provide you products or services. What Information We Disclose Chicago Mortgage Point does not disclose personal information about you to any companies other than US lenders. We work with a variety of lenders so that they can make you the best lending offer possible. We disclose to the lenders the information that you submit to us in our inquiry forms. These lenders must agree to strict confidentiality provisions to assure the protection of your information. Because we already limit the sharing of your personal information as outlined above, no action is necessary on your part to limit such sharing.
